Raúl Gómez Atusparia

Attorney from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC), registered with the Lima Bar Association (Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Lima) and specialized in Labor Law and Corporate Law. Hicafi has been his long-standing client, and through him the firm provides external legal support to more than 300 active Hicafi clients.

He has successfully handled court proceedings involving employee benefits, wrongful dismissal, and workplace harassment, as well as defenses against SUNAFIL infraction notices and sanction proceedings, securing case dismissals and the rejection of unfounded charges.

In the corporate arena, he leads company formation and corporate restructuring, drafting of shareholders' meeting and board minutes, capital increases, and changes in shareholding structure, in addition to designing internal HR policies and Internal Work Regulations (RIT) for Hicafi's clients.
