Francisco Pantigoso

Tax attorney with over 35 years of experience, founder of Estudio Pantigoso & Asociados and Director of the Master's Program in Taxation at UPC. Hicafi is associated with him to handle the legal and tax matters of its clients, complementing the firm's accounting, tax, and financial services with top-tier legal support.

He has successfully led claims and appeals before the Tax Court, including multiple mining cases won against SUNAT over concentrate pricing determinations, as well as successful tax refund proceedings (ITAN, excess Income Tax and VAT payments) and international consulting on double taxation treaties.

He provides advisory services in tax planning, preventive tax audits, and municipal matters, as well as in cases before SUNAT and SUNAFIL, working hand in hand with Hicafi's accounting team. He is the author of the book "Tributación Humana" and a weekly columnist on tax matters for Diario Gestión.
