We began under the leadership of CPC Carmen Figueroa, who brought to Hicafi more than 25 years of experience at international companies. Today she leads a multidisciplinary team offering accounting, tax, financial, labor and legal solutions, applying that same standard to every client in Peru.

Founder of Hicafi Asesores y Consultores, Carmen Figueroa is a licensed CPC with more than 25 years of accounting experience at multinational companies such as Grupo Tonnjes (Germany) and Grupo Fletcher (New Zealand). She holds a postgraduate degree in Finance from Universidad ESAN and in Taxation from Universidad de Lima, training she now applies to the day-to-day of Peruvian companies.
