Certified Public Accountant (Lima College of Public Accountants) and licensed Attorney (Lima Bar Association), with over 20 years of experience in tax planning, cost accounting, and corporate finance, serving companies in manufacturing, transportation, commerce, construction, and e-commerce.

He has been part of the Hicafi team since its founding in 2008, leading tax planning and oversight for clients across a wide range of sectors and sizes, and representing them directly in audits before SUNAT, SUNAFIL, and INDECOPI.

He stays up to date on withholdings, detractions, perceptions, electronic tax filing (PDT), and electronic payroll (PLAME), with hands-on command of leading accounting systems such as CONCAR.
